Security Reporting

Vosker is committed to helping protect your security while using Vosker products. If you have identified a security vulnerability that affects Vosker products, you may report it directly to us at security@vosker.com.

Processing times may vary on a case-by-case basis. We strive to acknowledge all relevant submission within five (5) business days.

When reporting a product security vulnerability and to help us better assist you, you may include the following information:

Name and version of the affected product or software;
Technical description of the vulnerability (include a proof of concept if possible) and;
How you discovered the vulnerability.

Upon the processing of your report, we will monitor the situation and status updates will be provided as necessary.
